Who we are
Untouchable Ascent ("we", "us") is an audit, accounting, tax and advisory firm based at 83 Showroom Close, Randburg, Gauteng, South Africa. For any question about this policy or your information, contact us on +27 64 521 7208 or info@runtouchable.co.za.
Information we collect
We collect the information you give us through the consultation form and by contacting us directly: your name, company, email address, telephone number, the service you are enquiring about, and anything you choose to tell us about your business. We also collect standard technical data - IP address, browser type and pages visited - through analytics, where enabled.
Why we collect it and the legal basis
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, provide the services you ask for, meet our professional and regulatory obligations, and improve the site. Our legal basis is your consent when you submit the form, the performance of a contract once you engage us, and our legitimate professional interests. We do not sell your information.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses only the cookies needed to function and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. You can refuse non-essential cookies in your browser without losing core functionality. [CLIENT FILLS: name the analytics tool in use, e.g. Google Analytics 4, and link its policy.]
Who we share it with
We share your information only where necessary: with service providers who host the site or process data on our instruction under confidentiality, and where the law or a regulator requires it. Any third party receiving your information is bound to protect it. [CLIENT FILLS: list material processors - hosting, email, analytics.]
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to deal with your request and to meet the retention periods that professional and tax legislation place on our records. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. [CLIENT FILLS: confirm the retention period your practice applies.]
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, and complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details above and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practice or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
